Poppet was one of my early acquisitions. I had been looking for a puppy with both field and show potential. Fortunately, Laura Fletcher (Drycreek Labradors) had a litter that just fit my criteria and sold Poppet to me. Poppet has consistently won placements in the show ring and proved to be a ball of fire in the field, completing her AKC Junior Hunter title in one season. She has also produced some lovely pups that have been added to our kennel. Poppet is now retired, enjoying spending time keeping me company at the shows in my trailer and in the field hunting where we have the most fun. Her child Bella and her grandchilren River and Mara will continue her legacy.
